Rash after haircut?

I took DS to get his first real haircut two weeks ago.  They trimmed the back of his neck with buzz clippers.  I've noticed that since then he's developed a few bumps on the back of his neck.  Now there are more and they look like little pimples.  DS has sensitive skin, so I was just curious if this has happened to anyone else's LO.  I am going to call the pedi today to see what we should put on it.

Sounds like in-grown hairs. Maybe try exfoliating with a gentle washcloth.
