Anyone know if you can bring Capri Suns through security?

Packing up a snack bag for our flight tomorrow, not sure if they'll allow them or not. Thanks :)

  • They shouldn't, but that doesn't mean they will notice.

I would play it safe and just buy drinks once you are past security.

  • Technically, no -- they are liquid and not milk for a baby. You should not bring them through security. But many airports will let you. Just buy some juice after you get through security if you will be upset if they are confiscated.

  • Ours were confiscated. I think it depends on how strict they are that day.
  • Ours were confiscated as well.

  • No.  3 oz of liquid in container with a max of a quart sized zip lock.  A capri sun doesn't really work for that.  You will just hold yourself and others up if you try to sneak it.  I think some of you must fly out of different airports than Atlanta because that would not "fly" so to speak.

There are lazy workers everywhere, including the TSA, so its no shock to me that some people get away with it and some people don't.
  • We took juice boxes on and they let us keep them because they were frozen.
