At what week did you have your mono/di twins?

Just wondering, I have my section scheduled for 39 weeks, but have been reading about placental breakdown after 38 weeks.

a good majority of docs will not let you go past 38w with any type of twins.... because of placenta breakdown. There are some that feel comfortable going to 39w. Of course, chances are you won't make it that far anyway since the average twin pg goes to 35-36w - but it's possible... i went to 38w1d with no signs of labor - but my doc did not want me going any longer than that.

I haven't had the twins yet, but I'll re-iterate what PP's said. My OB won't let me go past 38 weeks.

I am scheduled to be induced at 34 weeks, 4 days. Although I have TTTS and PPROM so it's a bit of a different situation.
