Bob recline on 2010 model

My sister has an older bob revolution and the seat seems very slouchy.  Almost as if the baby is in a sling.  I test drove the 2010 model and it seems much better.  Does anyone know if the seat was redesigned for the 2010 or if over time the seat will become slouchy?

 

Also considering the Baby Jogger Elite.  Thoughts on this stroller?

I have one, there is a sturdy board in the back of the recline, my guess that is what keeps it from being slouchy.  We still are waiting for the arrival of our little one so I have not actully used it with a baby yet.  Only test drive with objects so far.  I am not sure it has been out long enough to know for sure.

That's why it's not recommended to use without a carseat until 6 months, it's designed that way to better support baby when jogging. We've been using ours since DD was 6 months and she's has always been very comfortable.
