Why do people say these things to pg chicks?

Two girls at work today collectuvely told me they thought I was getting "pregnancy nose". One of the ladies was also pg. WHY??? Are you trying to make me cry? Like I'm not insecure enough already.

and what the H is pregnancy nose anyways?

    OMG!!!!  My MIL just said this to me the other day!  I had the same reaction - I was like "Is that supposed to make me feel better about myself right now?!"  I was just glad DH heard her - he was in shock.  Now he knows what I go thru on a daily basis with all the crazy/stupid things people say to me during a day!  It is soooooo frustrating!

    You should have told the pg lady she looks super pregnant from the back with her ever expanding ass and the non pregnant lady that ugly can't be fixed without a lot of $$, but pregnancy goes away! Devil

    I've asked myself this question more times in the last few months than I'd like to admit.  It's as though people just don't think before speaking to a pregnant woman.  I don't get it!

    Your nose is probably the same, and she is just jealous becasue you are carrying better than she is and she feels insecure about herself.
