She absolutely loves Tummy Time....she'll do it for a good 15 mins!!  (**side note-we started her on "tummy time" when we brought her home from the hospital...you know, the kind where she lays on your chest but we'd totally slouch down & she'd just lift her head). Yesterday DH had her on the couch while he watched soccer....she literally picked her head up & was watching the TV (or so it totally looked like it, damn DH for always sitting w/ her in front of the TV but I don't want him to stop spending time w/ her).

That is so freakin awesome!! go Siena!! She looks like she's got great control Over her head and neck and back. I wish mari liked tummy-time more . She goes from 0-pissssssed off in less than 5 seconds. Luckily she does have pretty good head/ neck control, but I'd really like for it to be even better at this point.

Omg... I've done this too... BAD idea... lol.

What do you have Siena sitting in in your MM pic?  That's definitely NOT your couch... unless you're the kiwi-green type

She's laying on her Tummy Time mat that I registered for from BRU & one of her Nestie Aunties gave to her!!

LOVE IT!!! do u think it would be worth it for me to get it now?? I think maybe being propped up a bit like that might help! Dont forget, I'll be away and not using it the month of July.

I would say that you could probably use your boppy (if you have one?!)  Basically, it's a smaller boppy type thing that she's laying on w/ her arms draped over it & it has the crinkly paper & a squeeky nose.
