Insurance question

in TTC After a Loss 6 Months+

So my drs office claim got sent in before my surgery claim did and now I owe them $400. Last time I only paid $100. I owe them more because I hadn't met my deductible yet. I met it when the surgery claim was filed, which happened after. So is there anything I can do to make that total lower because it is ridiculous that I am having to pay way more for the same dang thing.

Sorry if this is dumb but I don't have much experience dealing with insurance issues.

    Call your insurance company. I've had nothing but problems with my RE's office and their billing staff, and my insurance company (believe it or not) has been nothing but amazing in trying to help me get everything straightened out. Good luck!!
