Help Teething??

Ok so I am jumping over from 6-9.  I figured my ds is an early teether, you guys might have more input.

DS has two bottom teeth fully in.  He is currently cutting an upper eye tooth on one side and a bump has developed on the other side.

 He had a low grade fever this weekend.  He is refusing to eat his 2 daytime bottles.  He is OK with eating solids and in a great mood.  Last night he slept 6:40p-7a (which is normal).  I cannot imagine he is sick considering he is sleeping well.  

My questions......  Do you think it is teething?  Any suggestions?

Tried gel, frozen washclothes, tylenol (store brand), and teethers.  Poor little guy.
