Sooo, Dani has informed you all that Madi had to go back to the hospital.  She's been there for about 3 days now, was only home for ONE day. Boo!  They told us this morning that as of right now there is no infection in her brain!  They orginally said they were going to have to place a shunt because there was too much fluid buiding up in her brain.  Fine, whatever, do it and lets go home, right?!  Well, we finally got to see our surgeon (He's been away on business) and he said there's no need for the shunt! Woohoo! So she gets to go home tomorrow.  They want her to do 1 more day of antibiotics since she has been having low fevers off and on.

So this is good news!  She is doing GREAT too, talking a lot more, moving her right side very well, and even taking some steps here and there!  I wuv her. ; )
