How do you deal with things when you have an outburst? I am feeling really low right now, I know what triggers it, but it not something I can avoid. What do you do?
Have outbursts about once or twice a week (depending on my mood). I try to stop myself when I feel like I am going to have one and talk myself down. I am in therapy to help and I am going to see a psychiatrist to get some recco's on meds this week. I am hoping that will help stabilize me, so I don't go off the deep end. I always feel so guilty after...usually cry and feel like the worst mom in the world. I notice that I get worse when I am ovulating & did not get enough sleep. I also try to exercise at least 3 times a week, eat healthy and take some "me" time each day even if only for 5 minutes. Good luck and talk to someone...it helps so much!
