    My scale has done that to me randomly (and its a new scale) I checked the following day and it was back to normal. If you lost 10lbs overnight I think you might notice a change in how your cloths fit. I think its just an error on the scales part. I have heard about losing a few pounds overnight due to water weight, but not 10.

    Still though I would check throughout the day if it was me just because that would bug me lol
