TTC After a Loss 6 Months+

FF on crack?!?

Hi ladies!

Sorry I haven't been around much...pulling 14 hour days at work (with NO breaks).  :(

Had another month where it looked like I was gearing up to O, then nothing.

Until today.

Had a high temp this morning, so I gave DH his orders & we got it done.  :)  But when I went to enter the latest into FF, it gave me CH back at CD17!  Of course I'd loooove to believe this, but I just don't think it's right.

Do you think FF is having yet another spastic moment here?  Could it be because they gave me a VIP free trial period today & are trying to suck me in?  ;)

-sigh-

Hope you ladies are all doing well, & I'll try to get on more once this busy season is over (which right now feels like it's never going to happen).

Thanks for any input & take care!!!

Re: FF on crack?!?

  • Ugh!  FF isn't really my friend right now, either.  It's such a love/hate relationship, kwim?  I hope it is right for you and that your timing is on for a BFP and sticky LO.

    :::hugs:::

    BFP#1 10/19/09, m/c 12/5/09, BFP#2 2/03/12, m/c 2/12/12, BFP#3 3/18/13, LO born 11/22/13

  • FF is on crack.

If your temp stays up, they'll change your crosshairs in 3 days.  I'd put MONEY on it.  They'll say you O'd yesterday.

Basically, this temp rised confirmed for them that there WAS ovulation at some point.  I'm shocked they didn't give you dotted crosshairs and a "ovulation occurred sometime between CD17 and CD28".

Thank you, ladies, for confirming my suspicions.  :)

Michrocc--My bump soulmate!  How are you?!?  What did you think about the end of LOST?  I'm sorry your charting's wonky, too...at least it looks like you're O'ing well!

Grr--Good to hear from you, too & hope you & the LO are doing well...congratulations again!!!  And I thought the same exact thing about having the CHs change to yesterday if my temps stay up (which they never have this late in the game).

Again, thank you both & guess it's back to the freaking waiting game.  At least I have a Dr.'s appointment on 7/2 to try & get my girlie parts sorted out if things don't work out this cycle (have to say, I'm not betting money on it).

    Take care!!!

  • Sorry.  I wish FF was right. . . but in the meantime I'll hope that your temps surprise you and you don't need that apt on 7/2.

I'm doing well.  17w tomorrow - which has gone both agonizingly slow and shockingly fast.  I'm not sure how that's possible. And I'm here. . . always.  This board's the link I use to come to the site, so I'm ALWAYS in and out of TTCAL. . .

Update:  Shocker!  Low temp today & FF said "you cannot handle the CHs!" & swept them away.  :(  At least FF is off the crack (for now) & hopefully in rehab somewhere.  ;)

Grr:  I am SOOO happy for you!  I read your blog updates last night & told DH this morning that at least I'm happy you are having success (feeling your baby kick...how exciting!!!).  Thank you for your input/support & continued good wishes on your pregnancy!!!  :D
