One of those moments

So I just had another one of those moments where you feel like you've been punched in the stomach because you are the only person on the planet you isn't pregnant, can't get pregnant, etc etc....

 Facebook announcement.  At least this one is a friend who is married, and in residency to be an OBGYN, so I I'm sure this wasn't some sort of "surprise". I just wish it was me too.  Poop.

I hear you. I am just incapable of being happy for pg friends right now. I'm jealous, angry and sad that it isn't me. I've been avoiding certain people because I literally can't deal with them being pg when they only tried for amonth or two and I'm going on two years. Can't handle it.

I had one of those yesterday - but in all honesty I don't know if the news is really about pregnancy - it's just where my mind goes when it has to do with a newly married couple at work. I swear I drink the same water and coffee as these people, yet I'm not pregnant.

It all sucks.

I can totally relate to what you're talking about.  My best friend is currently 4 mo pregnant.  I really struggled with the news. Of course, I'm happy for them and would never wish any IF issues on anyone, but it's hard to put that aside. I definitely avioded her for a couple of months at first... I couldn't deal with listening to morning sickness complaints. She called me last night to tell me that her other friend (who I'm not even friends with) is pregnant, too.  Ugh! Definitely the punched in the stomach feeling!
