Hard "lump" in lower belly

When I wake up in the morning and lie flat on my back I feel this hard lump on my right side about the size of a baseball that will go away when I push on it.  Is that the baby???  Has anyone else experienced this?  I just can't believe I would be able to feel the baby from the outside at 16 weeks...

I've already had 3 US's so I'm pretty sure it's not a cyst and it doesn't hurt. 

Have any of you experienced this?

    I would say it could be your uterus. Did you hafta pee? B/c the full bladder can push the uterus off to the side at this point.

    It most likely isn't 'baby' but rather uterus.

    I can feel mine and I can tell where the fundus is, only b/c I know what to feel for with being a nurse. (ob is not my cup of tea though)

    I still have to pee quite often, so that could definitely be what it is!  Thanks for the insight!
