Just made appt for 2nd opinion

It's July 15th.  I hope this doctor can come up with some tests that haven't been done yet or some kind of diagnosis.  This clinic offers extremely affordable IVF packages - I can get 2 fresh and 2 frozen cycles for the same price as one cycle at my current doctor.  One of my friends had planned to cycle there, but of course got pregnant before she needed to do it.  I think she is actually due on July 15th so maybe I'll get lucky like she did.  My IVF consult with my current doctor is July 29th which I will hopefully be able to cancel.

    Yeah!!  Good for you moving forward with a 2nd opinon!!!!   My "new plan" appointment is the same week , the 13th,, which happens to be the one year anniversary of my EP/surgery, or "hell day", as I like to call it.
     
    I hope you get some wonderful input and the IVF packages sound fantastic.......If you really like them it totally makes sense to move forward with them.......I hope you're able to cance that appt on the 29th!

    I'm so glad that you are going to get a second opinion. It sounds great, and so much more affordable which is always better.  I hope that they have some great news for you.
    DD(9)DD(5.5)DS(3)DS(born 2/1/11) July 2006, lost a baby at 8 weeks, natural miscarriage , May 2009 lost Zoe Eliana at 17 weeks no reason known, possible under developed organs. Lost two more babies in September 2009 at 7 wks 4 days. Had myomectomy surgery to remove a large fibroid in November 2009.

    I've only heard wonderful things from ppl that went to that clinic.  I hope they're able to do more than your current RE, seems like she's just going through the motions like all the other RE's.

    That is so good to hear because I only know of the one person that went there.  As much as I love my current RE, I do feel it's very by the book so I'm hoping he has some different ideas about things.

    A 2nd opinion is a great idea :) Good for you!

    Started TTC in 2/09. Dx with PCOS in 09/09. BFP on 11/7/09.
    Dx with Ectopic on 12/7/09. Laparoscopy, D&C, and lost my left tube on 12/08/09.
    01/11 = BFP!
