Not in Texas!!!! haha. I was just in Ireland and the weather was like that there... it was a nice change from our heat, but I can't imagine a cool summer like that.
Maybe Maine? New England area?

Southern Cali is pretty moderate this time of year - although it's gray & foggy. They call it June Gloom and it's actually one of the worst weather months in California. My parents have a mountain house in Vermont and it's very mild there this time of year. It may occasionally get to low 80's, but not everyday.
Here in Washington we say Summer doesn't start until July 5th. we aren't kidding. We haven't many days over 70 this year so far. Last year we had a HOT summer though so it's really hit and miss. We had a week of 90-100 degree days (not in June).
This June has been down right cold, but I haven't turned my heat on, I refuse. We sleep with an AC unit in our room but I like my room cold. It's definitely more gray than normal, Seattle isn't as rainy and gray as most people think (usually like I said this year is weird).
In my city last week we got 2 inches of rain in 20 mins. It was insane. Most of the time we only get 1 inch in the entire month of June.
San Francisco! Although we do suffer June Gloom, yesterday was gorgeous and upper 60s/low 70s but quite cool (mid 50s) last night.
SF is it's own special breed. Our weather (SF) is kind of miserable in the summer until August. Several nice days sprinkled in, but I swear there is some unwritten rule that it can only be beautiful for 2-3 days then has to get foggy and freezing again. But go 20 miles north, east or south of SF and it's completely different.

Re: Where in the U.S. Is the weather like this in June?
That sounds ideal!
Maybe Seattle? If you can handle gray...

That's how it is in Oregon, where I'm at! It sucks...I want some sunshine!
I'm right here with you, it totally sucks! It's starting to make me angry, too.
