My foot has been killing me, well they have been killing me since the end of my pregnacy from the swelling and weight gain. The one PP still hurt but healed itself and the other got worse. Went today to the docs and I got a cortisone shot and have to wear this funking boot. BLAH

I really wanted to get back working out, but kind of hard when you can't walk on your one foot.

nicole, i feel your pain. i had it about 4 years ago and it was not fun. i had to wear the boot too overnight for many weeks which affected my sleep and go to rehab b/c i overcompensated for the pain so long without treatment that i started damaging my hip. it was a long awful process and i've nearly sworn off flip flops as a result which were the culprit. sometimes i sneak and wear them but gone are the days of spending the entire summer in non-supportive old navy flip flops. hope you have a speedy recovery!

holy crap that is so freaking painful!!  I had it a few years back.  Make sure you stretch your tendons before you get out of bed.... it will help you throughout the day.
