When I first read Arden, I instantly thought Boy and then thought "Hardy, har, har". I dont know why. Maybe because of the "Arrr" sound. It's definitally a different name.
I like it even though it is nms. I know a beautiful and really sweet girl named Arden, so it's hard for me to dislike the name. I do also think of Elizabeth Arden.
I thought it was a boy to be honest. I also thought of Arlen, Texas, the location of King of the Hill. It's not a bad name though - def. not too common.
What do I think of when I hear the name Arden? One of the worst jobs I ever had! I worked for Elizabeth Arden Red Door Spas, and cringe every time I hear the name.

I think it's pretty. I also thought of Elizabeth Arden.
This! I also think of hardening of the arteries for some reason.

I think Ardy is kind of cute too. I thought boy name when I first read it. It's nms personally.
I thought "girl"
And I compare it to naming your daughter Estee, Gabbana, or Chanel.
Yuck.
Even if you don't naming her after Elizabeth Arden, people will think you did.
If that doesn't bother you, go for it.

This! LOL!
Me too.
It's on my top 5 list for a girl's name. I think it's really pretty and different.
