Lately I have just been posting about the negative things we are dealing with, so I thought I'd just report on our wonderful morning.
Mister man woke up every 2 hours to eat last night, but was never full on screaming, so it wasn't bad. Then he woke up at 6 and was ready to start his day. He ate until he was full and was full of smiles and bright eyes all morning.
He was such a wonderful, happy baby this morning. We sang, talked, and played before I took him to daycare. When I left him he was the only baby not crying. (God bless those women who work there.) He was happy as a clam on the activity mat.
Today is a wonderful day! Hope you all have a wonderful day too.

Re: A wonderful morning
It's fun when they are all smiles.
We called DS "mister man", too! Now, it's just shortened to "mister", but it's funny b/c we have to make ourselves say his name. It's always - "Did you pick up the mister from DC?" "How was mister this morning?" lol. I guess it's a weird term of endearment, but it just stuck!
LOL, we have called DS "mister man" since day one. It is just too cute. I even got my mom saying it.
I know what ya mean about making yourself call him by his name. We don't want to confuse the poor baby.

Truitt self-identified as Turtle before his own name. LOL.
Glad today went so well. They know how to reel you back in just when you get to the end of the rope
