Update on Operation DeSwaddle

Is deswaddle even a word?  LOL

Caroline is asleep...in pajamas and a muslin sleep sack and NO swaddle.  There was no crying...no drama whatsoever.  We did our normal routine and DH rocked her to sleep...she slept 6 whole minutes and had to be rocked back to sleep...but it seems to have taken this time 'cause she's been asleep for about 45 minutes.

Yay!!  I know it could get ugly later on, but this in itself is an absolute miracle. 

Thanks for all the suggestions and advice...oh, and thanks for listening to my rambling about deswaddling for the last two months or so ;-)

Jacob was swaddled until he was 4 months old.  The first night he got up like 6 times - never to eat, just because he wasn't swaddled.  We went in and reassured him.  The next night it was just a couple of times and the next night he was loving rolling all over the crib!

Oh man, we are still in swaddle hell.  I really hope we can de-swaddle as easily as you did!  Congrats!
