I like Amelia best, but again, your friend should change the spelling of Alana if she wants it pronounced like Elena.  The "a" spelling will always be pronounced "Ah-lah-nah"

I like Alana but spelled Elaina or Alaina. So I voted for Amelia.

I like all three but do know that Uh-lah-na (Alana) and Eh-lain-ah (Elana) are two different names. IMO, she should pick the spelling that matches the name she is phoentically picking or take that one out of the running.
