I have done a free class & was not a big fan of the cost. Do you live near Burnsville? There is a free class called stretch & stroll here is a link below. I have done this a lot last year & loved it. On Tuesdays it is held at the burnsville center & Thursday it is at Sunset park (see link below)

Stretch & Stroll is a FREE weekly fitness stroll where you and your baby can make new friends while Power Walking and completing intervals of Body Toning exercises. The course is taught by a certified instructor, and is a great workout for any level of exerciser. No prior experience is required, but all participants are advised to get a doctor's permission before starting this or any other exercise.
Please contact the mall office with additional questions at (952) 435-8182.
Wow! I wish there was a Stretch and Stroll up north. Is there anything like that in the northern burbs? I've looked into Stroller Strides and another similar group but I wish there was something free or a little cheaper.

Same here. I only stopped going because it would be a 30min drive down.
Oh if someone knows of one north I would also be interested. I also just saw the strollerstride but the closest one would be maple grove and I also just wasn't sure of the cost.
Outside of the cost, can someone talk about the workout experience and social nature of Stroller Strides? Do you feel like you've gotten a fairly decent workout and is it a good opportunity to talk with other moms while you're working out? Also, they allow babies older than six weeks but do you think it will work to take a six week old?
