We are officially to 1 nap a day and I am sad!!

I have successfully moved Hayden's morning and afternoon naps together into 1 nap. He now naps from 12-2/2:30. Thankfully he is pretty easy going like yesterday when I had places to go in the afternoon, he napped from 11-12:30. I am sad because my little boy is growing up and I miss the extra time. LOL! I would take a bath or work on his scrapbook during his naps. Now that we only have 1 nap, I have less time to get those things done during the day. We arealso leaving town on Friday to go to my parents for 10 days. While this is always a fun trip, we do a lot of things while we are there (going to Six Flags, a waterpark, etc) so he is going to be totally messed up. I hope it doesn't affect him too badly.

We're down to 1 nap also and since its in the afternoon, I find it much harder to be super efficient during that nap.  When it was 2, I would take the first nap to work out and get ready for the day.  Now I have to do that while he's around and then I find myself exhausted by the afternoon!

The good thing is that he is getting a longer sleep in the afternoon usually 2-3 hours.  And there is more time in the morning to do things and get together for playdates!

Aw, Hayden is getting so big!  We haven't gotten there yet.  Still takes two naps and I'm not pushing her to one until she gives me the signal.  But I will miss 2 naps that's for sure.  Have lots of fun at your parents!
