Chuy's Restaurant?

They are opening a Chuy's here next month and was wondering if anyone has ever eaten at one?...Texas gals?  I thought I had heard that most of them were in TX and there was maybe one in Tennessee.  I guess it's Mexican food, or more of a Tex-Mex actually.

Anyone tried it?  What do you think of it?  Any recs?  Huh?  Huh?

You are oNe LuCkY gIrL!  Chuy's is the BEST.  The closest one is 45 mins away and we still go all.the.time.  It has a super fun atmosphere, great food, and Texas Martinis.  Yum.  It's a margarita/martini mix. 

 During happy hour, they have chips, queso, taco meat, and beans free.  LOL 

The Austin, Tx location is my fave as it's over lake Travis.  Aannndddd the Bush girls enjoy getting in trouble there.

OMG GET EXCITED GIRL! One of my FAVORITE Mexican restaurants in DFW, truly amazing. Their queso is amazing, their chicka chicka boom boom is amazing, their jalapeno ranch - amazing, salsa - amazing. ALL so amazingly yummy.

And StacieErin, it's official. First get together - sans kids. lol

SQEEEEE! Okay, now I am really excited!!! Mexican is my favorite food genre. LOL. Sounds like I might be getting a new favorite restaurant!
