You guys are so amazing  --  I love this board.  The support means so much to me.  Thank you for sharing all your experiences, I know how difficult it was for you to talk about but it really, really helped me.  I have an appointment to take my cat in tomorrow afternoon.  I really think that I have decided to stay with him until the end.  It feels like the right thing for me.  Thank you!

    ((Hugs)).  I am sad for you.  I hope tomorrow you get some comfort in knowing that you are doing the absolute best thing for your kitty and he will no longer be in any pain. I am glad you decided to stay with him. He has a wonderful mommy.

    I missed the original post, but I'm so sorry you're having to make such a hard decision. We have two cats and my heart hurts just thinking about it. Hugs and prayers.
