In my baby brain wisdom...
.... I thought it would be a good idea to watch a short birth video online at lunch... mind you, I've watched this same video back in December (kind of by accident) when I first found out I was pregnant and I was fine... however I think because it's going to be happening to me soon it effected me a little different this time...
... I hurt now... lol... and I'm a little nervous... stupid me... lol

I know I had to have an emergency c-section so I never had to push but I did have to be induced and have contractions.
I was so nervous to give birth and cringed watching those videos but when I was in labor I honestly was fine and not nervous at all. Granted I had an epi and was feeling pretty good. You will be fine. I have totally forgot what contractions actually feel like.
