I had to skip yoga last night because of my sunburn. Embarrassed (and that is not a blushing face... that's a sun burnt one).

Seriously! Less than an hour in our pool and I end up extra-crispy. Even child's pose was a no-go (the bend behind my knees was SCREAMING at me for that one).

Of course I also didn't get my butt on the treadmill last night but that's just cause I'm lazy.

    I think that's a pretty good reason, if you started to sweat you would get all itchy and you can't scratch sunburn.  You just can't.

    I wouldn't have went either!  I need to get motivated to start working out again.

    I have definitely been there with a bad sunburn and not able to work out! I hope it feels better soon!

    Ouch!  I remember bad sunburns...they suck.  I haven't had one in a while since my dermatologist has me all worked up about skin cancer now.....oh but I used to bake in the sun!
