Anyone else trying to reserve the new iPhone today? I was going to do it from online but the website is bogged down and won't let me finish. Grrr.

I really didn't want to fight the crowd at the store. I am getting it for Matt for an anniversary/birthday gift. Our anniversary is the day it come out too! Perfect timing, if I can get one pre-ordered.

I've been trying to get through all morning.  Brian was finally able to get his ordered about 30 minutes ago, but I haven't had luck on mine yet.

Yep, he did it through the ATT site.  I've tried ATT and Apple with no luck.

 We both went with the 16 GB.  I have the 8 now, and still have 5 GB free space.

I think I will go with the 16GB too. I didn't think about going through AT&T. Unfortunately it won't even let me log in...uggghh! It's going to be a long day.

I made it to the pre-order screen on AT&T and Matt is only eligible for a reduced discount of $399 for the 16GB now. It says he gets the full discount in October.

Makes me wonder if the full discount would bring it down to $199? If anything at all...

Yes, $199 is the discount price.  If you are eligible to upgrade anytime this year you are supposed to be able to get it for $199.

That's what I just found out. Bummer! Looks like we will be waiting until October!

I am eligible now but I will wait until we can both get one. Phewy....
