Need IVF book recommentation

I'm not going to have to go to the IVF class at the RE but would like to read something before I start my IVF cycle (probably in July).  Any books that you would recommend that are a good primer?

    I liked ART:  the art of making babies.

    I didn't like The Couples Guide to IVF.  For me, that book was more about deciding to do IVF, how to choose the best clinic, and how to pay for it.  Oh, and protocols.  These were things that we already knew.

    I only had The Couples Guide to IVF.  I agree with LVBlvd on what she said about it, but I still found it helpful, even after deciding on my RE and having her dictate what she thought would be best for us.  I read it cover to cover right away and then referenced parts throughout the process.

    Infertility for Dummies is REALLY good.  Yes, it does talk about IUI's, but it goes beyond that and into IVF.  I really liked it!  Good Luck!
