It's going to be a LONG day

3am: Wake up to L filling diaper

3:15: Change diaper, bring him back to bed to nurse.  It's warm so I don't get back under covers.

3:20: Cat sits next to us on the bed and stares.

3:25: Cat wonders off as she realizes she's not going to get any attention right now.

3:30: Cat pushes around food dish in dining room and wakes up dog.  Dog gets up to see what cat is doing.  Cat runs away.  Dog chases.  Cat runs into bedroom and up over the bed accidentally sinking claws into my foot(because I didn't cover back up!).

3:45: Instead of falling back to sleep as usual L gets fussy.

4: L is still fussy, so we get up so DH can sleep.

4:15: L is calmed by swing.

4:45: Dishwasher is empty and reloaded.  Coffee is made.  Pump is prepped for work.  Clothes are laid out for the day. 

5: L goes back to sleep.  I consider going to work early because I'm up.

I once showed up at work at 7:30am b/c LO woke me up at 5. That was way early for me to show up at work, people were shocked, lol!

I might be needing a drink with you at the end of the day.  DD has decided that it is a nap and food optional day, isn't very happy with her decision but is too stubborn to change her mind so far.  Ugh.

That actually sounds like kind of a nice morning.  I am a sucker for pet antics, as long as it doesn't involve pee or poop on anything.
