please tell me I'm imagining things

I have a Paragard IUD, so my chances of being pregnant are about 1% or less.  But:  the past few days, my sense of smell is absurd just like it was in pregnancy, I've had bad heartburn, which I only ever had during pregnancy, I've been on and off nauseated, and my breasts have been more tender than usual.  Also, last week, I had a couple days of *very* light bleeding (which could have been from implantation or could have been from having had my IUD strings cut shorter a few days before) and I had some cramping.  I was pretty sure I was going to get my period, but nope, no period.  I BF and my milk supply seems to be up, not down, and my let-down seems to be overactive again.  So, I think milk supply is supposed to decrease with pregnancy?  Anyway, I hope I'm just having some hormonal changes.

    Only way to know for sure is to do a pregnancy test...

    I CONSTANTLY have this fear when we're TTA. Even when I had my Mirena. I actually just took a test yesterday (and today) because I started a prescription yesterday that is a "Class X" drug and I had an inkling....

    I was wrong. BFN. And I'm spotting today.
