Anyone know about metallic baby poop?

I'm weaning now. He is mostly all on formula.  DS has had several metallic poops lately (3).  They are dark green, almost black/brown and are very metallic with almost a silver sheen.  I'm sorry that is so descriptive and gross! I'm wondering if its all the minerals and vitamins in the formula causing this?  Anyone know anything? I googled and didnt come up with much. It just seems very unnatural to me.  He mostly eats organic and never anything very "processed".  Prob the formula right?

    same consistancy as usual. This has happened 3 times this week but each on a seperate day. 

    Also might need to mention he is on Similac Organic.
