I am at the "cry at the drop of a hat" stage

Seriously, the waterworks are officially out of control. I can usually at least keep them in but they definitely pop up! I feel ridiculous. "your coupon is expired" might as well be "your pet died" at this point. ::sigh:: I don't know if I just didn't believe people when they said this or what?

  • I hate to tell you but it only gets worse PP.  I was a wreck at the hospital for no reason at all.  It took about a month to get my hormones back to semi-normal

  • I'm right there with you.  I cry at least once a day.
  • I am not too bad yet, but at our hospital visit, she mentioned about pets passing away, and my parents are debating putting my puppy down who is 13 and I just about lost it.

Also she showed us the baby warmer and was talking about baby's code and I can stay or leave and i just about lost it.

Sorry, but this cracked me up.  I know how you feel.  I'm very overly emotional right now, & I cried like 4 times while I was opening gifts at the shower yesterday (happy tears).   I also had a COMPLETE emotional crying meltdown on Friday about almost nothing.  Poor DH.

Why would they even talk about this?  I think I was worse after she was born too.  I would cry at night because I was afraid she was going to die of sids.  I think I'm still not completely back to normal.

  • I understand how you feel; I'm 33 weeks and had my first pregnancy related cry this morning. It shocked me cause I haven't been the hormonal pregnant woman at all that I keep reading about. It happened because of round ligament pain and frustration of how the baby kicked me so hard in a way I've never felt before that it made me jump and accidentally punch my husband. I felt so bad cause it startled him out of his sleep. I started crying really hard.
