I'm such a flake!

DH is a firefighter and works 24 hour shifts. I work in an ER and my shifts are switching all the time. So it's 920pm, DH is at work right now (get's off work tomorrow at 8am) I am scheduled to work tomorrow at 5am and I'm saying goodnight to DH on the phone and he asks who is going to take care of the babies tomorrow morning when I leave for work...crickets....

I called our part-time nanny who can do it so we're ok. But holy cow. If DH hadn't said anything it would be 430 am before I realized that I had no one to watch the babies! It's just that on the calendar it is DH's day off so I didn't think to ask anyone. Sigh. I don't know how I'm going to survive motherhood.  What am I going to do with myself?
