i am guessing the answer is no, i just have to deal with it until the twins arrive, but i figured i would ask. stretching is mmm difficult to say the least, and massage does help a bit but only temporarily
My OB referred me to a chiropractor she uses for her pregnant patients. I was only able to go a couple weeks before I got put on bedrest for PTL (around 28 weeks), but it did start to help. It went away after I delivered. Although now my knees hurt, lol.
I was waking up every 1-2 hours all night because the hip I was lying on felt like it was breaking, so I had to roll over. But in the process of rolling, I would squish my bladder, so I'd have to get up to pee also. Fun times.
I had DH massage my hips everytime and then I would do either heat or cold on them while I fell asleep- soon enough though you won't be dealing with any of it!
I used a chiropractor in my first pregnancy. It was a lifesaver for me. My OB told me not to go cause she thinks all chiropractors are quacks, but her solution was to do nothing, just live with the pain. I am already seeing a chiropractor now early on to try and avoid what I dealt with last time. I think it's totally worth a try. And keep in mind it may take 3-4 weeks to start seeing improvement, for me it did anyway. I stuck with it and was so glad I did.

After 2 rounds of IVF & 2 rounds of FET, we were blessed with identical twin girls!
nothing helped me but getting up and walking - not good for sleeping!
it wasn't as bad when i was pg with the twins ironically- i think b/c my hips were already spread out from my first pg.
sleeping in a recliner helped a bit - for all aches and pains- late in pg.
