TTC After a Loss 6 Months+

*~*~Kelin*~*~

Just wanted to give you a (((hug))) it seems as though our situations were kind of similar with the job thing. I threw up every day before work, had panic attacks twice a day, lost weight b/c I didn't eat due to the stress and nerves. Definitely NOT good for my health, at all

It's scary, I know. I've been there. Quitting with no back up in the economy, scary as hell.

I don't regret one second and I've never been happier. I know it'll be the same with you.

  • Thank you so much!!  I remember you talking about this all awhile back.  It is scary as hell.  I feel like I have entered crazy town!  I have been having major anxiety for several months over all of this and my blood pressure was off the charts. I just have to trust that all will be ok.  We have really good friends and family that will be here for us and I know that when it comes down to it my husband won't let us fail.  He is very driven and I know he'll do whatever it takes to make sure we are ok.  I am educated, skilled, smart and motivated.  Although the economy sucks I know that someone will scoop me up sooner or later.

It is so nice to see that someone else has done this exact same thing and has no regrets and is happier because of it.  Honestly, it means a lot to me to have your support and encouragement.  Thank you for being here for me!

  • I am definitely always here for you!!! If you ever need anyone to chat with about the scary stuff, I'm here Big Smile I've been through it and survived and honestly, work was SO bad that even when finances were super tight, I was less stressed about that than being at work and making good money.

You'll definitely have the, "omg, wtf did I just DO" moments, but they are few and far between. Relax a little, I took that time to be a good little housewife, lol. I actually loved it. Made breakfast lunch and dinner for my husband and my house was never so clean as it was when I was unemployed. Brent liked it b/c he never had to do chores (other than kill bugs and trash, b/c ew.) and was sad when I went back to work.

If you have a good mindset, this is going to be nothing but a positive move for you. I just know it.

  • Also, I was never unemployed before either. I had been working some job or another since I was 16. It actually felt kind of good to be home, do nothing (well aside from intensive job searching) for a little bit.
