Just got back from a night away with DH. He's on board for one last try to TTC #2 and we're in FWP week. So good timing overall.

We've agreed that this will be the last time and DH will get the snip when I get ku, weather of not it sticks. So a little bitter sweet.

4 losses (cp Feb 28 09, mc April 9 09 (5w5d), mc Aug 10 09 (7w1d), d&c Apr 12 10 (grew to 6w3d, mc confirmed at 8w5d). RX: Overies PCOS (hormones normal) & Balanced Translocation of Ch. 7 & 13 (40-50% mc risk)

    good luck - I am sure this was not an easy decision to come to.

     

    m/c#1 07/16/08 (11 weeks), m/c#2 10/10/08 (8 weeks). and then nothing since except every test possible (no answers). IUI#1 and #2: BFNs Super lucky to be buddies with Peetie. Our out of nowhere, surprise DD born 5/29/2011

    BFP#1 on 09/29/09 and EP discovered/Left Tube lost on 10/19/09 EDD 06/12/10
    BFP# 2 on 03/21/2010 EDD 11/30/10 Natural M/C on 3/27/10
    BFP# 3 on 02/14/2011 EDD 10/28/11 Missed M/C discovered 4/19/11 and D&C 4/21/11 On 5/6/11 we found out our Oct Angel was a beautiful little girl <3
    IVF#1=BFP#4 on 8/31/11 EDD 5/12/12 EP discovered and MTX shot given 9/14/ & 9/21 M/C on 10/9/11
    IVF#2 and Stims started 12/2 ER 12/16 ET 12/21 transferred two beautiful blastocysts. Please stick LO's! BFP 12/26

    I'm okish with it. I'm in a mental place where I'm starting to feel like I could handle being one and done. It still makes me very sad but I am begining to accept it and I hope that will make the finality easier if things don't work out again.

    DH has been ready to be done since loss #2 and I'm not sure he can emotionally take much more, so its whats right for both of us.

    Of course I'm hoping that we'll fall on the right side of the odds if we give it one more shot but its odds, we have no better chance this time then the last 4.... 50% or so each and every time.... but we know its possible (DD proves it).
