Very frustrated!! All of the stores that I knew sold maternity have such a small selection (Target and Kohls)...I haven't been to Motherhood or Pea in a Pod yet, but heard they are expensive. I just came from Burlington Coat Factory/Baby Depot and they DON'T have maternity.
There is a store called Closet Modern next to Plato's Closet in Albany and they have a small section for consignment maternity.
Am I missing anything else??
Pin me baby!

Re: Maternity Clothes in the Albany area
Hi - I have found some cute things at Penney's, but they also have a small section. Boscov's carries some Motherhood Maternity, as does Macy's. While they might not be priced any differently than the Motherhood section (Pea in a Pod is the pricier stuff) of Mimi Maternity, they do have a better return policy. The return policy at the actual store is that you cannot return, only exchange and you have 10 days to do it. Macy's is 30 days with the tags attached for a refund, and Boscov's might be the return policy that applies to anything you purchase there.
Babies R Us in Latham is also carrying Motherhood clothes. It is is the front corner, just past the diaper bags. Macy's maternity section is on the 3rd floor, to the right. Boscov's (in Colonie Center) is on the lower level all the way in the back of the store next to the baby clothes.
Also, I know Sears had a small section (upstairs in the corner by the kids clothes) a few years ago. I am unsure if they are still carrying it though.
Hope this helps!
PP- hit most of the options in the albany area...If you go into Gap kids in Crossgates they too have a small maternity selection...
I got most of my stuff from oldnavy.com, the gap maternity section at crossgates and the motherhood maternity at macy's in colonie center...
They don't have a huge selection, but I got a few cute things last fall at Polka Dots consignment shop in Guilderland.
