I play Bunco once a month, and it is almost time for me to host at my house. We have played for over two years now, and I feel like a lot of dinner ideas have been done. Any ideas for a great (and simple) recipe to feed 12 ladies?
TIA!

For 12, you would probably want to make one full recipe and then another 1/2 of the recipe, or just double it and maybe have leftovers. Just add some garlic bread or a tuscan loaf w/dipping sauce and a salad and you are set!
Only thought of this b/c I'm making it this week, but what about sloppy joes? I use the Neely's recipe and usually substitute w/ ground turkey instead of ground beef. I would think you could just double the recipe and it'd be fine for 12, buy the veggies precut and it'll save you lots of time.
Lately I've done sweet potato fries with them (I buy them frozen).
Another fun easy one for a ladies get together is Hawaiian Chicken (I mde it this weekend)
diced chicken breast, chopped onion, bell pepper (different colors makes it fun) and pineapple. mix together in a casserole dish. cover with a mixture of pineapple juice, brown sugar and apple cider vinegar. Bake until chicken is done and veggies are cooked but not mushy. Serve over rice (esp jasmin rice).
With some fruity adult beverages in can be a little luau

For a crowd I like to make lasagna rolls. They're all little time consuming but you can pre-make (even freeze) and bake right before the party.
I love it because you can make as many as you need. Usually two rolls per guest. Serve with salad and bread (esp the Pillsbury loaf in a can!)
