I think I would choose a first name first and then go from there with your MN. In your poll I chose Kate, but all of them are great middle name options. Of course knowing a first name you could narrow everything down further. For instance if both you and your husband like Annabelle, Ann or Anna for a middle name just would not work or Katherine Kate etc.

I agree, it's very hard to decide on a middle name when you haven't picked out a first name.  I voted for Kate though, I think it would go with a lot.
