I'M SHAKING BEYOND BELIEF.... The judge emancipated her - which means that she doesn't even have standing to sue us herself.

That was our concern -- but they considered it constructive emancipation -- and scolded the gma for not encouraging her to move back home, etc.  In NY, you're not "an adult" until 21... or at least parts of you arent.
