DS has weird bump on his arm...HELP!

I don't have a pic of it.  But I can explain.  I noticed it first on Tuesday evening after picking DS up from FIL's house.  It looked like a tiny red bump (pimple like).  I thought nothing of it at that point.  Wednesday it was still there so I put some Hydrocortisone cream on it thinking he got bit.  Possibly mosquito bite? 

But it's getting bigger.  Yesterday it was about half dime sized, and today it was a full dime size.  It's red and looks white underneath.  Raised but it's spreading out rather than up.  Any ideas?  I'm assuming it's a bug bite of some sort.  DH wants us to take him to the pedi today, just in case.

    I agree with your Dh, no one is going to be able to tell you what the bump is. If you are concerned it is always best to take them in, it may be nothing and they may be able to give you cream.
