17 mos old and not going to bed

Ahhh ladies I need help.

Paige has been battling us big time to go to bed at night. We start the whole routine around 7:30pm with bath, book, bottle, rocking then daddy puts her to sleep. This has been working really well since weaning her. Well starting this past Sunday NOTHING is working.

I don't get it...she's still napping during the day. She ate well today but yesterday not so much. She has all 4 molars...what are the next teeth...could it be that? Is there some kind of sleep regression that happens at 17mos-18mos. I am really at my wits end tonight & need her to go to bed. She has won round 1 & is in the living room playing with Daddy.  Kind of like it's the middle of the day!  UUGGH!

Help me!!

i've heard on another board about an 18-month wakeful.  my friend's daughter (1 month older than cal) has been fighting bedtime & naptime.  and cal's been going through this just this week - fighting bedtime specifically.  so, yes, i do think it's a trend!!  hopefully, a short-lived phase!!

Lovely....did they forget to tell us this in the instructions after we gave birth. LOL.

It's so rough at night. She's still up now....and I mean she is WIDE awake. I really have no idea how we're goign to get her down. I am going to try again in 10 minutes!

By the way Cal's new pics on FB are adorable! I have to add some of Paige tomorow.

thanks!  yeah, it's not fun...he didn't go to bed until 9 monday night.  you've got me beat, though!!  hope she gets to sleep soon.
