Anyone order from them?  I want to order a pair of sandals for DD for father's day but they come in only whole sizes so I'm not sure which would be best for him; I just want to be sure I could exchange them if need be without a huge hassle (as is stated on their website).

Just keep the box, and if you want to return, print out the label and take it to a UPS store.  SUPER easy.  I love the free shipping and no tax!

This! They are great, and you will almost always be upgraded to free overnight shipping.

Make sure you use the www.vip.zappos.com site I think and it is automatically free shipping.  If that isnt right google and it will come up but it has vip in the site address somewhere.
