Hey...I have an interview in a geri-psych hospital next week...I have ZERO actual psych experience, other than the run of the mill cases we ended up with in ICU (suicide attempts that needed to be stabilized before going to psych, etc.)

This is apparently mostly 'got violent at the nursing home' patients...

Any tips for the interview?  I desperately need this job...
