Hey there!  So glad to hear that Cal's fever was Roseola.  Too bad you had to wait for the rash to confirm it!

Jacob's rash was all over his torso when he woke up 2 days after the fever went away.  It did go a little bit on his face, but it was mostly on his torso.  2 days later...it was gone.

Hope Cal's on the mend now!

oh, thanks for letting me know!!  i'm told cal's rash did spread a bit over the course of the day, but sadly i didn't get to lay eyes on it b/c he was already in bed when i got home (at 5:45)!    still, it's very mild and not as widespread or intense as many people described.  i'm sure it's roseola - what else could it be?

Sounds like Cal was a textbook case of Roseola!  Sudden high fever for a few days, no other symptoms, rash a couple of days later.  Jacob was the same way.  It made me feel better that it was something that was by the book - rather than stumping the doctors and requiring too many tests on my little guy!

5:45!  Yikes!  Hope he doesn't wake up too early tomorrow morning!

Too late - he already woke up tonight!  Was just up for about 45 mins...he's had a rough time the last few nights (all since he had the fever - go figure?).
