Brady said she woke up at 3 and he got her back to sleep. Usually I hear her but I guess I was so dead asleep I didn't even know! I've been working every other night for almost a week so I've been exhausted since each day after I work I only sleep 4 hours or so. At least I got some sleep last night! Haha.
Re: So she didn't really STTN
this
you're lucky he will get up and put her back to sleep so you can sleep!

He was still awake, actually. He typically goes to bed between 2-4 am. It works well since she usually wakes somewhere around 2:30 but I don't nurse her at that time.
Does B give her a bottle at 2:30 a.m.? Are you still bed sharing? Libby just latches on in the middle of the night and I sleep right through...would be interesting though if she'd take a bottle. Alas, she won't. Glad you got some sleep mama!

No, he doesn't give her a bottle. And no we're not bed sharing because she moves around way too much for me to get any sleep. He just gives her the pacifier and white noise to settle herself. I'm sure she would take a bottle but I've read that if they wake at the same time every night it's habitual wakening and not from hunger. So I'm trying to get her used to not eating between 10-4 so that she'll eventually be able to sleep through those hours.
LOL I agree with this!
And I'm also jealous that he put her back to sleep...Ben and I had a little argument about this just this morning (he is supposed to deal with any fussing after 6am so I can try to get a little sleep before he leaves for work, and he's normally really good about it...but this morning the boys started fussing at 5.45am and he flat out refused to deal with it even though I'd been up half the night with them. Dude, it's 15 freaking minutes! Help a mama out! NOT happy with him today...
I would have said the same thing!
As for STTN, B was doing an awesome job then she started cutting teeth... now she wants to get up still... maybe she's still cutting teeth but this momma needs sleep!
Ugh. He's so in the dog house!
Haha, so true!
But that has happened to me before too, where I thought our LO slept 5 hours at a time throughout the night. Until MH tells me the next day that I slept through two feedings and he was really up every 2.5 hours =P But hey, at least I got some sleep
I know, right? I didn't think it was all that unreasonable to ask him to pitch in 15 min early...
Awww, I hope she settles down soon! Teething sounds like a rough time from everyones' descriptions - I'm so not looking forward to it!
This what when Elyse changed too. I made the mistake of thinking she was hungry (I was in denial about the teething). So I fed her when ever she woke up and that created a monster of it's own.
