Tying shoes?

DS has been expressing interest in learning how to tie shoes. He's still young yet, and I don't really expect him to get it. How did you teach? Did you use a book? A rhyme about bunny ears? Even if he doesn't tie yet, I think he would like a book with laces to tie and other fasteners.
