I must admit that this picture scares me though. Sydney went through two bibs this morning with Mommy feeding her. Hey - I'm still learning
But really... is this what I have to look forward to when she starts feeding herself?!?! The neat freak in me is having an anxiety attack.
LOL! Maybe I should have gone with my gut and done a "before/after" shot. She cleaned right up with a wet washcloth and I didn't use a bib because it was just a undershirt that was going straight into the wash anyway...
But, kinda yeah, unless you wait until later to let her try to feed herself. I was feeding her also (and cleaning up her face with the spoon I was using - so it could have been worse
) and was letting her put her hand in her bowl and use the spoon (such as it was) with the other. Basically, she was playing and I was feeding her while she was distracting herself. Messy, but oh so fun!

This is why we started getting wipes at COSTCO. They don't have that baby smell to them so we use them all the time! A pkg sits in every room including the kitchen- makes for quick and easy cleanups!

I am looking into getting those bowls - great idea! I'm sure the neat freak in me will let my little girl have fun feeding herself. I just need time to get used to the idea that my brand new house is about to get trashed.
