BRU completion discount

When did you receive your BRU 10% completion discount?  I changed my due date to early than it is on the computer the other week because I heard they would send you the coupon earlier so you can get the shopping done.  Do they email or send the coupon in the mail?  Thanks!

I can't help answer your question but I am in the same situation right now.  I changed my due date so I could receive the coupone earlier but never did so then I called the BRU customer service number and they are going to re-send the coupon in the mail.  I also called my local BRU & they said that they can print off a generic completion coupon when I come into their store so I don't have to wait for the other one to come in the mail.  Then, the one that comes in the mail, will just be invalid.
